Actor Nithiin is very keen on making a strong comeback after tasting back-to-back failures. He teamed up with successful director Venky Kudumula for the second time after delivering a blockbuster earlier with Bheeshma. The first look poster of this film was out just a while ago on the eve of Republic Day.
The film is titled Robinhood and Nithiin appears in a dashing and daring look in the poster. The tall skyscrapers in the background add more intrigue to the poster. Nithiin is seen looking sideways as he climbs an iron structure.
The design of the title and Nithiin’s body language hint that he will perform parkour-style stunts in this film which is likely to be a heist thriller inspired by the heroic outlaw Robinhood who is known for his versatile skills to dodge capture.
The 90 second glimpse offers a sneak-peek into the plot of the film. It seems like Robinhood is a money heist with Nithiin targeting the rich class of a city to loot their money. He humorously says that money is very infamous and it has the power to create a rift between brothers and sisters. He arrives in a Santa Cruz get-up and starts to loot the city.
The background score is impressive and the production values are very solid. Overall, the glimpse sets good expectations on the film.
Robinhood stars happening sensation Sree Leela as the female lead. GV Prakash is a music composer. Sai Sriram is handling the camera and Raam Kumar is designing the art for this film.
