With back-to-back hits from Dasara and Hi Nanna, Nani proved that he is capable of pulling off diverse roles and minting money for his producers. Having joined the prestigious 100 Crore club with Dasara, Nani now sets his eyes on the next milestone of 150 Crores with his upcoming films. Currently busy with Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, a full-length mass drama, Nani will next team up with Saaho fame director Sujeeth for an out-and-out commercial potboiler. He also agreed to reunite with Dasara director Srikanth Odela for a political thriller which has him playing the role of a mass political leader. Besides these projects, Nani also gave the nod to Balagam director Venu for a rural drama. He is in talks with Trivikram Srinivas as well to work in the future.
Nani feels that doing commercial films is the only way he can push his box office potential further. This is why he is keen on dishing out mass entertainers. All these projects are going to be made on hefty budgets.
