Natural Star Nani is in a happy space right now with the critical acclaim he has been receiving for his latest film Hi Nanna, an emotional drama that explores a beautiful bond between a father and a daughter. Though the film didn’t achieve a resounding box office success, it has brought numerous laurels for Nani and his team.
Emboldened with this success, Nani is ready to resume the shooting formalities of his next film Saripoda Sanivaram under the direction of Vivek Athreya. After wrapping up this film, he was supposed to team up with Tamil director Cibi Chakraborty. However, the project has been put on the back burner due to budget constraints.
Meanwhile, there are speculations that Nani and Trivikram Srinivas are likely to collaborate for the first time. If Trivikram’s film with Allu Arjun takes time, he might evince interest in working with Nani
Also, Nani has been approached by Tamil director and writer Karthik Subbaraj. Sitara Entertainment banner, which produced Nani’s award-winning film Jersey, is likely to bankroll this project if everything goes as planned.
