In a recent episode of the ‘Big Debate’ program organized by ABN-Andhra Pradesh, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy made noteworthy comments about AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, stating that he was not even politely contacted by him after assuming office. Responding to these remarks, former minister and YSRCP leader Kodali Nani questioned the significance of Jagan calling Revanth Reddy.
Nani mentioned that YS Jagan had conveyed his wishes to Revanth Reddy through Twitter and clarified that he did not seek an appointment with him. Nani asserted that to secure an appointment with Revanth Reddy, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi would need to intervene, given Revanth’s national party status.
He also pointed out that Revanth Reddy is not the supreme authority of the party. Nani cited an instance where Jagan met KCR, stating that such meetings were not solely based on politeness but could have specific reasons, such as discussing health matters. Nani emphasized that Revanth Reddy could play a role in AP politics, including potentially becoming the PCC president and engaging in local campaigns.
