MLA Danam Nagender Reacts on IPL Black tickets

Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender questioned how 45,000 tickets could vanish in just 10 minutes. Expressing disappointment, he lamented the scarcity of tickets for matches scheduled in Hyderabad. Nagender, who heads the DNR Academy and has previously served as the president of the Boxing Association, blamed the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) for the ticket shortage. He alleged that the HCA is selling complimentary passes in bulk, contributing to the proliferation of black market sales. The illicit trade reportedly persists at locations like the Jubilee Hills check post, Secunderabad railway station, and Uppal stadium.
