Vemulawada: Telangana Minister Seethakka strongly criticized KT Rama Rao, the working president of BRS, accusing him of engaging in destructive politics. During her visit to the Vemulawada Sri Rajarajeswara Swamy temple with her family, the temple priests welcomed the minister with a purna kumbha. Subsequently, after her darshan, Seethakka addressed the media, touching upon various issues.
She warned that KTR must exercise wisdom in his role as the opposition, or else the public will continue to reject them. Seethakka attributed the defeat of BRS in the assembly elections to arrogance. Furthermore, she alleged that the previous government had misappropriated Rs 1,200 crore meant for the payment of 16 months’ bills to sarpanches. Emphasizing that timely payment could have averted such a situation, she criticized KCR for not yet taking oath as an MLA.
Seethakka accused BRS leaders of struggling to accept the free bus travel scheme and questioned KTR’s involvement in what she referred to as “dirty politics.” She also highlighted ongoing efforts to ensure that employees receive their salaries and pensions by the 5th of each month, emphasizing that funds are being utilized for the welfare of the people.
