Hyderabad: Speaking to the media today, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, the Roads and Buildings Minister, asserted that former minister Jagadish Reddy would face imprisonment due to corruption and irregularities. He went on to state that both KTR and Kavitha would also be jailed. Komatireddy termed Jagadish Redd as a land grabber and criticised that Jagadish Reddy has no stature to criticize him. He further added that Jagadish Reddy will go to jail with in few days.
Highlighting the achievements of his party, Komatireddy mentioned the implementation of two promised schemes and announced that free electricity for consumers using below 200 units would begin from the next month. He disclosed the expenditure of Rs. 10 crore on providing free bus travel for women, emphasizing that the government was set to offer gas cylinders at subsidized rates within two months. Komatireddy alleged that the KCR government had severely damaged the electricity system, leading to significant losses.
