At least 24 people were reportedly killed in a massive fire at a gaming zone in Gujarat’s Rajkot on Saturday. The fire erupted inside the gaming zone of a shopping mall, which was crowded with children at the time.
Police teams and fire tenders were swiftly dispatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze. Sources indicated that the owner of the gaming zone has been arrested. The mall was particularly crowded due to the weekend, and the intensity of the fire was so severe that smoke could be seen billowing from a long distance away.
