Mad Trio—Sangeeth Shobhan, Narne Nithiin, and Ram Nithin are once again back for MAD Sequel. After 2023’s blockbuster success with the film ‘MAD’, the movie makers have now officially confirmed its sequel, titled ‘MAD Square’.
The movie makers are following in the footsteps of Tillu Square after its double blockbuster success. Earlier, the ‘MAD’ sequel was titled ‘MAD MAX’ but it was later changed to MAD Square after the success of Tillu Square.
Today, Sithara Entertainments announced the title of the Mad sequel and captioned, “Our MAD trio is back to deliver Next Level Fun. This time… the MADness will be Doubled with #MADSquare. #MADSquare BEGINS!!”
The movie makers also shared some pictures from their pooja ceremony, which was held on Ugadi, and wrote, “It’s time to take the FUN to new heights, Here are some clicks from the pooja ceremony which was held on UGADI. Thank you Starboy #Siddu & @kv.anudeep garu, for gracing the ceremony.”
The pooja ceremony was graced by Starboy Siddhu Jonalagadda and director KV Anudeep. Staying true to the essence of the original, Kalyan Shankar will helm both the writing and directing of the film. The second installment of MAD will once again receive support from Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, presented by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Srikara Studios.
The technical crew of MAD is also back for this sequel, including Shamdat as the cinematographer and Navin Nooli as the editor. Bheems Ceciroleo is back to compose the tunes for this entertainer. The details of the female lead are yet to be revealed. So, stay tuned for further updates.
