It’s due to Chandrababu’s actions that now the elderly have to endure standing in the sun for their pensions, remarked Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He attributed the complaint against volunteers to TDP’s influence. Addressing lorry and auto drivers in Chinnasingamala, Tirupati district, Reddy defended his decision to nominate a tipper driver as an MLA, dismissing TDP’s ridicule. He questioned TDP’s criticism, contrasting it with his initiative to empower common people economically. Reddy highlighted the pride in facilitating nearly 393,655 individuals to become self-reliant by purchasing their own vehicles, thereby supporting their families independently. He emphasized the distinction between his approach and Chandrababu’s, emphasizing empowerment over dependency.
