Warangal: The Praja Palana Programme in Telangana, overseen by State Revenue, Housing, Information, and Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, is set to be executed according to plan from December 28 to January 6. As the minister in charge of the combined Warangal district, he convened a meeting on Tuesday in Hanumakonda with officials and leaders of the combined district at the Hanumakonda Collectorate’s Conference Hall.
Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy stressed the importance of officials conducting village and ward sabhas with unity and dedication during public administration. He further directed that prajapalana gram sabhas should be organized in two shifts daily. The minister instructed officials to receive applications from the public for schemes such as mahalakshmi, rythu bharosa, indiramma houses, griha jyothi, and cheyutha.
Teams should be formed in each mandal as needed, and measures should be taken to ensure that applicants fill out application forms in advance and attend the gram sabha to receive every application received.
