Telugu Desam Party leader Anam Venkataramana Reddy criticized CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s alleged expertise in converting black money to white. He accused Jagan and Bharathi Reddy of engaging in looting under the guise of Saraswathi Power, citing indiscriminate hikes in share prices without corresponding production.
Anam highlighted instances where limestone clearances were prematurely granted to the cement industry, attributing Jagan’s subsequent imprisonment to these irregularities during YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s tenure. He questioned the legitimacy of Saraswathi Power’s soaring shares despite lacking production, suggesting it as evidence in Jagan’s disproportionate assets cases.
