TDP leader Chandrababu Naidu addressed the Nandikotkur Prajagalam Sabha in Nandyal district, criticizing the current Chief Minister for the widespread suffering under his governance. He lamented the plight of various sections of society, including youth, farmers, BCs, Muslims, and women, under what he described as poor governance.
Naidu challenged the incumbent Chief Minister’s record, questioning whether he had accomplished any significant positive deeds beyond cancellations, disputes, and demolitions. He highlighted his own initiatives, such as establishing a mega seed park in Thangadancha, which he believed would have boosted farmers’ incomes and created job opportunities locally.
Naidu also referenced agreements with prestigious institutions like the University of Iowa and projects like the one with Jain Irrigation aimed at enhancing horticulture in Rayalaseema. However, he criticized the current administration for failing to realize the potential of these initiatives, pointing out stalled projects such as the Muchumari project.
Additionally, Naidu highlighted his efforts in infrastructure development, including the construction of the Orvakal airport and plans for agricultural produce export through air cargo. He expressed disappointment that these plans had not materialized, which he believed would have transformed Nandikotkur into a satellite township for Hyderabad.
