MLC Kavitha was apprehended by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Delhi liquor scandal. The development surrounding MLC Kavitha’s arrest in the Delhi liquor scam case has taken a significant turn. On Saturday, the Rouse Avenue court issued an order granting the ED custody of Kavitha until the 23rd of this month. Special Judge Nagpal issued the order, allowing for seven days of questioning by the ED officials. Kavitha will remain at the ED office for the duration of the week-long interrogation. Following this period, she is scheduled to appear before the Rouse Avenue court again after 12 noon on March 23.
