Hyderabad: Minister Ponnam Prabhakar responded to challenges posed by KCR and KTR, suggesting they contest and secure victory before making claims. Referring to KTR’s challenge to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Prabhakar asserted that if KCR truly possessed courage, he should contest from Karimnagar and emerge victorious. Speaking to the media at the secretariat, Prabhakar emphasized the need for action over rhetoric.
Addressing the collapse of Medigadda, the minister questioned responsibility for the incident, accusing authorities of transforming Medigadda into Bondalagadda. He criticized BRS leaders’ visit to Medigadda, dismissing their claims of innocence amid allegations of mismanagement. Prabhakar further alleged that the Kaleshwaram project burdened the state with excessive costs, suggesting it was driven by ulterior motives rather than genuine development goals.
