Vijayawada: Gudivada MLA Kodali Nani unleashed a scathing attack on TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu during a post-meeting media interaction in Gudivada. Nani questioned Chandrababu’s commitment to Gudivada’s development during his 14-year term as Chief Minister, highlighting the absence of land procurement for the poor during the TDP regime. Nani asserted that the YSRCP government, under YSR and Jagan, had acquired 275 acres for constructing houses for the underprivileged.
Challenging Chandrababu, Nani declared, “If Chandrababu can prove a single acre acquired for the poor during his tenure, I will step back from the Gudivada electoral race.” Accusing Chandrababu of misleading claims, Nani defended the developmental strides made during his own tenure. He emphasized the substantial progress in building ponds covering 216 acres for drinking purposes and challenged Chandrababu to acknowledge these achievements.
