CM YS Jagan addressed a YSRCP election campaign meeting in Pithapuram, Kakinada district, where he referred to himself as an adopted son. Despite acknowledging the false promises made in the opposition’s manifesto, he criticized Chandrababu’s adopted son for neglecting the welfare of farmers, children, women, and the elderly.
Jagan questioned the trustworthiness of the adopted son, highlighting his marital track record and recent absence from Pithapuram due to a cold. He urged voters to consider whether such a candidate could deliver justice.
In contrast, Jagan endorsed his mother, Vanga Geetha, promising to appoint her as deputy CM if elected. He cautioned against falling for Chandrababu’s deceit and urged voters to support the fan symbol for continued progress and welfare in the state.
