Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan criticized TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, asserting that Chandrababu Naidu has not performed a single commendable deed and is associated with a group of dubious individuals. Jagan alleged that Naidu has engaged in malevolent activities, with media entities like Ramoji Rao, Eenadu, Andhra Pradesh, and TV5 allegedly having an “adopted son” associated with them. Speaking at the YSR Aasara funds deposit program in Uravakonda, Anantapur district, Jagan expressed the need to counter these influences daily.
Jagan highlighted the positive changes occurring in households during the YSRCP rule, contrasting it with Chandrababu’s belief that his statements are inherently valid due to media support. Despite Naidu’s perceived lack of welfare initiatives, Jagan claimed that star campaigners are elevating him politically, including figures from neighbouring parties and states. Notably, he mentioned Pawan Kalyan as an adopted son and Purandeswari as another star campaigner. The Chief Minister accused media heads permanently based in the neighbouring state of campaigning for Chandrababu.
He dismissed Chandrababu’s supporters, stating that individuals who went to a party that contributed to the state’s division were also considered star campaigners. Jagan emphasized that his star campaigners are the individuals in every household who have prospered under the government, contrasting them with the alleged lack of star campaigners in Chandrababu’s camp.
