Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that his army consists of 2.60 lakh volunteers in the state. He said the future leaders in the coming days will be volunteers. Volunteers are the soldiers who serve the people and the bridges who deliver welfare to the poor. He added that if Chandrababu’s Janmabhoomi committees are cannabis plants… our secretariat system is a tulsi plant. Jagan further stated that volunteers are the brand ambassadors of our schemes. He made these remarks while addressing a felicitation meeting held at Repudi in Phirangipuram Mandal of Guntur district. Jagan said that our systems were born to serve the poor. Through our systems, the face of hospitals and schools in every village has changed. He said that a system of volunteers is with the help of sisters, grandparents and farmers.
YS Jagan said the volunteers were providing pensions by knocking on the door of the house even before the sun rose. We have served the poor for 55 months. Addressing the volunteers, he asked whether they were ready for a war to change the future of the poor. He asked the volunteers to go to every house and tell them what would happen if they voted for Chandrababu. He said that every farmer should be told that if he believes Babu’s words, he will be drowned.
