Visakhapatnam: Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy accused former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu of neglecting the welfare of the poor and failing to implement development initiatives. CM Jagan highlighted the alleged absence of essential services, such as water supply, in Chandrababu’s own Kuppam constituency. Jagan questioned Chandrababu’s commitment to the development of North Andhra, expressing doubt based on the perceived disregard for his own constituency.
Anticipating upcoming elections, CM Jagan predicted that Chandrababu might rely on grandiose promises, alliances, and rhetoric rather than concrete accomplishments. The Chief Minister also criticized a popular figure, referring to them as a collaborator with Chandrababu, pointing out their unsuccessful endeavors in Telangana. Jagan accused both Chandrababu and the associated individual of betraying North Andhra, particularly in their opposition to making Visakhapatnam the administrative capital.
