Pawan Kalyan recently spoke at a public meeting in P. Gannavaram, focusing on the rich history and culture of the region, known for notable figures like Dokka Seethamma and Jagannatha Pandita Rayalu. Before diving into his speech, he extended Ramadan greetings on behalf of the coalition. He stressed the importance of the NDA coalition in championing justice for Backward Classes (BCs) and acknowledged Jyotirao Phule’s contributions to social justice on his birth anniversary.
He expressed concern over attempts to disrupt the peace and harmony of Konaseema, a region he described as characterized by love and natural beauty. He praised collective efforts to preserve its identity and called for unity among communities. Criticizing the current government’s failure to address unemployment, women’s safety, and fair prices for farmers, he highlighted the traditional significance of coconut trees in Konaseema and lamented their declining productivity due to government policies.
Emphasizing his dedication to public service and the importance of skill development among youth, Kalyan shared how his brother Chiranjeevi had imparted valuable skills to him. He called for nurturing young talents and promoting self-reliance through skill education, drawing inspiration from biblical teachings.
He also criticized the government’s decision to remove B.R. Ambedkar’s name from an educational scheme and pledged to reinstate it if their coalition came to power. He denounced the misuse of farmer support centers and vowed to combat illegal activities. He concluded by urging youth to prioritize the state’s progress over caste and religious divides, dismissing criticism based on his own background.
