Medchal: Former minister and Medchal MLA Malla Reddy expressed that since assuming the role of a minister, 95% of victories in the Medchal constituency belonged to BRS. He affectionately referred to KTR as a big brother, highlighting that during the tenure of KCR, he tends to speak less. Malla Reddy made these remarks at the victory celebrations of Medchal constituency in Ghatkesar on Friday.
Emphasizing the significance of Medchal, the largest constituency in the country with three corporations, seven municipalities, and 61 gram panchayats, Malla Reddy recounted his journey from becoming an MP to an MLA with the blessings of KCR. He noted that under his tenure, BRS secured victories in seven municipalities and three corporations.
Highlighting the electoral achievements during his term, Malla Reddy mentioned securing four zilla parishad chairpersons, 40 out of 44 MPTCs, 55 out of 61 sarpanches, and 190 out of 210 corporators. He attributed the success to the support of the people and expressed pride in the 95% win percentage since becoming a minister. Malla Reddy emphasized the widespread presence of BRS in the constituency, working towards development and assisting the underprivileged during the COVID-19 pandemic.
