Hyderabad: AIMIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi was sworn in as the Pro Tem Speaker during the opening session of the Telangana Legislative Assembly. In a ceremony officiated by Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, Owaisi took the oath invoking the name of Allah. As the Pro Tem Speaker, his temporary role involves administering oaths to the recently elected MLAs.
