Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming gangster drama Leo is one of the most eagerly awaited films in South India. With his previous outing Vikram, starring Kamal Haasan, scoring a huge blockbuster at the box office, director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s association with Vijay for the second time after ‘Master’ has generated huge anticipation for Leo at the time of announcement.
The film has been creating ripples in trade circles with humongous buzz in all territories. It did a mind-blowing pre-release business in Tamil Nadu and Telugu States. As the film is poised for an earth-shattering opening all over on October 19th, the makers are trying their best to create more hype with solid promotional content. With only two weeks left for release, the trailer of Leo is going to be out this week. Reportedly, Lokesh readied a scintillating cut that would pack a solid punch and amplify the buzz on the film.
As per an official announcement, the theatrical trailer of Leo will be out on October 5th. A new poster in which Vijay confronts a Himalayan wolf with the backdrop of snow-draped mountains was out just a while ago.
Leo was predominantly shot in the beautiful locales of Kashmir. Trisha Krishnan is the female lead and it also features Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt as the prime antagonist. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the soundtrack.
