The release date for Vijay Deverakonda’s highly anticipated spy action thriller Kingdom has been officially confirmed. The film will hit theatres on July 31 in Telugu and multiple Indian languages, according to an announcement by Sithara Entertainments. Directed by Gautham Tinnanuri, the pan-India project features Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, with Satyadev playing a key role.
Kingdom had faced several delays due to production and post-production challenges. Initially planned for a March release, the film was later postponed to May 30 and again to July 4. With all formalities now complete, the makers have finalised July 31 as the release date.
The production house released a new promotional video with the tagline: “A man with a heart full of rage… A world that pushed him away… Now, it’s time for war.” The announcement has been met with enthusiasm by Deverakonda’s fans, who have been eagerly awaiting updates on the film.
The teaser and the song “Hridayam Lopala” have garnered positive responses, particularly from younger audiences. Vijay Deverakonda will be seen in the role of a spy in what is expected to be a high-octane thriller.
Producer S. Naga Vamsi confirmed that Kingdom will be released in two parts. “Audiences today expect logic, screenplay strength, impactful action, and grand visuals. We’ve incorporated all these elements into Kingdom. We’ve made a film that even critics will find hard to fault,” he said.
