Hyderabad: A case of alleged land grabbing has been filed against Kanna Rao (also known as Kalvakuntla Tejeshwar Rao), the nephew of BRS leader KCR and 38 other BRS leaders. The Adibhatla police in Ranga Reddy district initiated the case, accusing them of attempting to seize 2 acres of land within Adibhatla PS limits. Kanna Rao and 38 other BRS leaders are named in the FIR, which cites violations of various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including 307, 447, 427, 436, 148, and 149. The FIR alleges the removal of fencing stones and placement of boundary markers. While three individuals have been detained, the whereabouts of the remaining 35 are unknown. Kanna Rao is reported to be in Bengaluru according to police findings.
