The wait for L2 Empuraan, the much-awaited sequel of the super-successful Empuraan, continues to get even more exciting with its scheduled release date on March 27, 2025. To the delight of fans, makers have announced that the much-awaited teaser will hit the screens on January 26, 2025, as a part of silver jubilee celebrations of Aashirvad Cinemas in Kochi. The teaser has already received a U/A certificate from the censor board, heightening anticipation for what’s to come.
The film has a great ensemble cast, with Mohanlal reprise his role as Stephen Nedumpally (Khureshi Abraam). Tovino Thomas plays the role of Jathin Ramdas, while Manju Warrier plays Jathin’s sister, Priyadarshini Ramdas. Prithviraj Sukumaran plays Zayed Masood, while Indrajith Sukumaran plays Govardhan, and Sai Kumar plays the politician Mahesha Varma.
