Hyderabad: Telangana Minister Konda Surekha delivered a strong rebuttal to YSRCP Rajya Sabha member Vijaysai Reddy from Andhra Pradesh. On Thursday, she responded sharply to Reddy’s recent assertion that the Congress government in Telangana would collapse. Surekha suggested that YSRCP leaders should prioritize ensuring their own government’s return to power in Andhra Pradesh before speculating on others.
She emphasized the importance of maintaining stability in government, stating that discussions about the Congress government in Telangana should only occur after securing Andhra Pradesh’s governance. Surekha dismissed claims of Congress leaders intending to destabilize their own government, asserting that such notions were mere fantasies. She expressed confidence in Revanth Reddy’s leadership, affirming the Congress’s commitment to fulfilling its promises and completing its full term in office.
