The film, which unspooled in theatres on October 31st as a Diwali treat, is all set to emerge victorious at the box office with an impressive first weekend run.
Meanwhile, Kiran Abbavaram and his team thanked the audience for the overwhelming support. He expressed his gratitude towards moviegoers for giving the career biggest opening and thanked everyone for feeling this success as their own achievement. Kiran said numbers are not important but the tremendous and whistle-worthy response for some scenes and performances is really so heartwarming.
During the success meet today morning in Hyderabad, Kiran Abbavaram made a surprising announcement. He stated that the directors duo and producer of KA are mulling the idea of bringing a sequel to this period drama. He said the directors have a great idea and the announcement for sequel will be made within a week.
Sequels are the flavour of season and Kiran Abbavaram seems to have jumped on the bandwagon with KA.
As KA is running successfully in all territories, it is likely to emerge as a clean hit at the box office. So, there will adequate buzz for the sequel.
