Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep has officially begun working on his next big venture, a futuristic action-adventure drama titled Billa Ranga Basha (BRB: First Blood), set against a backdrop of the futuristic time of 2209 AD. The film was first officially announced on Sudeep’s birthday last September, and finally, months after its announcement, the production has now kicked off.
To mark the beginning of the shoot, the makers revealed this exciting news with the unveiling of the first-look poster featuring Sudeep in a powerful new avatar set against a chilly, mountainous backdrop, with swirling snowflakes hinting at the intense and adventurous tone of the movie.
With Anup Bhandari helming this pan-Indian project, this marks the second collaboration between Kiccha Sudeep and Anup after ‘Vikrant Rona,’ which was released in 2022. Backed by Hanu-Man producers K. Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under the banner of Primeshow Entertainment, BRB is being mounted on a massive scale with extensive visual effects to match its futuristic theme.
Set for a pan-Indian release, it will hit theaters in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. Other cast and crew details have not yet been announced and are expected to be revealed soon. Stay tuned for more updates.
