The star actress of Bollywood, Katrina Kaif has made headlines among the B-town tabloids as she rejected a movie offer opposite the chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor. Sources close to this England-born actress declare that she rejected the movie the moment she knew that the main lead was Ranbir Kapoor.
It is a known fact that Katrina Kaif had been in a relationship with the star kid Ranbir Kapoor in the past and they delivered two hits in the name of Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani and Rajneeti. However, during the time of doing Jagga Jasoos, they broke up in the middle of the movie but they managed to complete it and the movie ended as a dud. Since then, Kaif never worked with Ranbir and even recently she rejected a project only because Ranbir was the hero. She once said that Ranbir was a ‘Date, Test, and leave person’ declaring that she has no goodwill towards the ‘Brahmastra’ hero at all. The interesting thing is Katrina also dated the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in the past but she did ‘Tiger-3’ with him even after the breakup. So the issue is not the breakup but with the ex-partner, that is Ranbir.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is awaiting the release of his rugged crime drama titled ‘Animal’ directed by the Arjun Reddy fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga. This most awaited movie will be out on 1st December 2023 and incidentally, Katrina’s ‘Merry Christmas’ is also coming in the same month, but for the Christmas weekend.
