Pan-India superstar Prabhas’ dystopian science fiction thriller Kalki 2898AD is the most eagerly awaited film of this Summer season because no other big ticket film is slated for release in the next three months. The shooting formalities are on the brink of completion and the team has tentatively sealed May 9th as the release date.
On the eve of Shivaratri, the makers gave a surprise treat today by unveiling a new poster of Prabhas from this film. The Baahubali actor plays Bhairava who hails from a fictional futuristic city Kasi. He exudes stunning machismo with his incredible transformation. Sporting a ponytail and badass look, Prabhas appears as a macho with his enviable biceps.
Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898AD has Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan are playing prominent roles in the film. Disha Patani is appearing in a glamorous role and recently a song was shot in Italy on her with Prabhas.
