Jyotika and Suriya are one of the most beloved and well-liked couples in the Indian film industry. The duo always sets major couple goals with their love and admiration for each other. Fans eagerly anticipate their on-screen reunion, fueling rumors of a joint project. However, Jyotika addressed the rumors surrounding her collaboration with Suriya on screen after an 11-year hiatus.
In a recent interview with Pink Villa, clarifying the rumors, Jyotika said, “No, we are not working together. These are all just rumors. We are still waiting for a good script to come across, so right now nothing’s on the cards, but we are surely soon will work if someone has something really special which is written for both of us. We are waiting for the right script, as we don’t want to come for the sake of coming on screen together.”
On the work front, Jyotika is currently basking in the success of ‘Shaitaan’, which was her comeback film in Bollywood after 25 long years. The actress is currently gearing up for her next ‘Srikanth’, which is a biopic of visually handicapped industrialist Srikanth Bolla, founder of Bollant Industries. Jyotika will also be seen in a web series titled ‘Dabba Cartel’, which marks her debut in a web series.
Meanwhile, Suriya is currently gearing up for his next ‘Kanguva’, scheduled to hit theaters later this year. The film also stars a stellar cast, including Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, and many others in pivotal roles.
