Jr NTR’s new blockbuster Devara has stormed the box office, creating new records and emerging as the biggest hit of his career. After its record-breaking success in India, the producers recently released the film in Japan, where it has been getting a thumping response from the audience.
During a special promotional event in Japan, Jr NTR dropped an exciting update about Devara Part 2, and fans can’t stop talking about it. He revealed that the sequel will be even bigger and packed with unexpected twists. While the first installment focused on Devara’s journey, the second part will delve deeper into the theme of vara and uncover crucial aspects of his past, finally answering long-standing questions about his backstory what truly happened to Devara.
NTR also confirmed that the script for Devara 2 is nearly complete, with production scheduled to kick off in the first half of 2026. In the meantime, the star will focus on wrapping up his other projects before returning to this highly anticipated sequel. Backed by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, Devara 2 promises to be a grand cinematic spectacle. Music director Anirudh Ravichander is set to return for the sequel, and Janhvi Kapoor will reprise her role as the female lead.
