Jr. NTR intentionally skips Sr. NTR’s event

The government of India is going to pay a rich tribute to legendary Tollywood actor and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, with a commemorative ₹100 silver coin on the eve of his centenary birth anniversary this year.

A grand event to be attended by the president of India, Draupadi Murumu, is scheduled to take place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi today ( Aug 28th) to unveil this coin. Invitations have been sent to the kin of Sr. NTR to grace this occasion.

Accordingly, all family members of Sr. NTR have reached Delhi to attend this memorable event. Among the attendees are NTR’s son Nandamuri Balakrishna and son-in-law Nara Chandra Babu Naidu. His daughter and former Union minister Daggubati Purandeshwari is overseeing the arrangements for this event.

Quite surprisingly, Jr. NTR is going to skip this momentous occasion. This is not the first time NTR gave a miss to his grandfather’s event. Earlier this year, he skipped the centenary birth anniversary celebrations held in Hyderabad by Nandamuri Balakrishna. NTR didn’t attend the event on the pretext of celebrating his birthday with friends and family members. Despite receiving an invite from the organisers, NTR didn’t attend the event.

Now, he is once again missing a historical event of his grandfather with a lame excuse. Reportedly, he is said to be busy shooting for his upcoming film Devara and informed the organisers that he won’t be attending the event.

It is a no-brainer for anyone that NTR is intentionally skipping the events hosted by the Nandamuri family due to personal differences with his uncle Balakrishna.

NTR could have easily taken a one-day break from his shooting schedule and flown to Delhi to grace the event if he really wanted to be a part of this memorable occasion. But, he chooses to remain aloof and invite speculations.

It is a known fact that all is not well between NTR and Balakrishna for quite some time now. Maybe this is the reason why NTR is keeping himself away from these events.

Whatever may be the reason, NTR’s absence at the historical events of his grandfather has disappointed his fans to the core.
