Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor continued her tradition of visiting Tirumala Tirupati temple today on the occasion of her late mother’s Sridevi’s birth anniversary.
Today, marking the 61st birth anniversary of Sridevi, Janhvi Kapoor, along with her boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya, visited Tirumala Tirupati to seek blessings. Janhvi has upheld this annual tradition since her mother’s passing in 2018.The Ulajh actress wore a traditional yellow saree paired with a turquoise blouse, elegantly accessorized with golden earrings, a necklace, and a waist belt, exuding elegance. Meanwhile, Shikhar donned a traditional white dhoti with a golden border. Janhvi took to her Instagram handle to share a heartfelt birthday tribute to her late mother, posting a series of pictures. She captioned, “Happy birthday Mumma. I love you.”
The first picture shows the staircase leading up to the Tirupati Temple, hinting that Janhvi made the climb on foot in her mother’s honor. She also included a cherished childhood photo along with her mother, and in another, she posted a photo of her look from today’s temple visit.
Along with Janhvi, her sister, Kushi Kapoor, also shared a nostalgic childhood picture with her mother and sister on her Instagram story.Boney Kapoor also shared a picture of Sridevi on his social media platform with the caption, “Happy birthday my Jaan.”
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor is currently immersed in her Telugu films, making her debut in the Telugu industry with ‘Devara: Part 1’ alongside Jr. NTR, scheduled for release on September 27th this year. Additionally, she is set to appear in Ram Charan’s next ‘RC 16’, directed by Buchi Babu Sana.
