Sai Dharam Tej’s much-anticipated project Virupaksha under Karthik Varma Dandu’s direction has finally wrapped up for its grand release on April 21. As per the buzz, the team unit wrapped the final schedule of the film except for a song.

Initially titled SDT15 marks the 15th film of Sai Dharam Tej. Rising Malayalam beauty Samyuktha Menon is roped in as the leading lady opposite Sai Dharam Tej in the film. Apart from the lead cast, Rajeev Kanakala, Brahmaji, Soniya Singh, Sai Chand, and others will appear in prominent roles.
Young and talented Telugu filmmaker Karthik Varma Dandu who made his directorial debut with the 2015 film Bham Bolenath is the captain of Virupaksha. Interestingly, the filmmaker who previously worked as a story writer in the Telugu film industry also penned the story for Sai Dharam Tej’s 2017 action thriller Jawaan.
Tollywood-known production houses Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra & Sukumar Writings are jointly bankrolling the film. Just a few weeks earlier, the makers of Virupaksha released the teaser of the film which gave us glimpses of a dark different world. Although the teaser revealed not much of the story, but the dark frames, edge-of-the-seat scenes, and heart-pounding background music assured the audience that Virupaksha will never disappoint us.
