India lost Shikhar Dhawan early while chasing the goal, but since the target was not a high one, Shubman Gill was able to play his strokes freely. Just one run prevented the gifted opener from reaching his half-century. Ishan Kishan was also dismissed for 10 after failing to score significantly. In the end, Shreyas Iyer hit a six to give India the victory and the series.
