Alluring Kannada beauty Rukmini Vasanth grabbed the eyeballs of moviegoers with her mesmerizing screen presence in a handful of films so far. She became extremely popular in Telugu states even before her Tollywood debut when her hit Kannada films were dubbed as ‘Sapta Sagaralu Dhati’ Side A and Side B and secured impressive feedback from audiences here.
Unfortunately, her maiden Telugu outing Appudo Ippudo Eppudo didn’t create any buzz prior to its release. But, she has already garnered huge attention in the media circles because a strong rumour has been doing rounds within the industry. The news is that Rukmini Vasanth is most likely to play the leading lady in the upcoming project of NTR – Neel. This will be a big opportunity for her if the news turns out to be true.
Meanwhile, the Bagheera actress spoke about the ongoing speculations regarding NTR’s film. In a recent interview as part of promotions for Appudo Ippudo Eppudo, Rukmini Vasanth was asked whether she is a part of Neel’s next film with NTR. She replied that she can’t deny or confirm as of now about these rumours.
Rukmini said once it comes from the director or the producer, she will then start making noise about NTR’s film.
So, going by her statements, Rukmini didn’t completely rule out herself for coming on board for the crazy project. As she already appeared in the recent release ‘Bagheera’ which has script by Prashanth Neel, there are chances that the KGF director might rope her for NTR’s film.
NTR31 is tentatively scheduled to go on floors next year. The film is touted to be a big-budget action saga in Neel’s signature style.
