High tension prevailed today at the TPCC President Revanth Reddy’s house. The followers of senior Congress leader Kata Srinivas Goud tried to besiege Revanth Reddy’s house as they were quite unhappy as the Patancheru assembly constituency seat was allocated to Neelam Madhu instead of Kata Srinivas Goud.
The followers of Kata Srinivas Goud alleged that Revanth Reddy sold the tickets for crores of rupees. They stated that for the past two decades, they have been working for Congress bearing the party flag. They alleged that MLA Jagga Reddy and Revanth Reddy had taken crores of rupees from Neelam Madhu. “We were deceived by the Congress party giving the ticket to Neelam Madhu,” said Kata Sudha, wife of Kata Srinivas Goud.
Sudha said that she would reveal all the details of the people who took the money after her husband returned from New Delhi. Due to the high tension, huge police force was deployed at the Revanth Reddy’s house.
