It can be said as a huge relief for Telugu Desam Party Chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu as the Andhra Pradesh High Court today gave its interim orders in two cases filed against him. The High Court in its order restrains the AP CID from arresting Chandrababu in the Angallu case until October 12th and in the IRR case until October 16th. The High Court will hear the CBN’s bail petition case in the Angallu case on October 12th. Justice K. Suresh Reddy has issued the interim orders today to this effect.

The Judge directed that the ACB Court keep the PT warrants in abeyance till he completed dealing with the matters. It is known that Chandrababu Naidu is currently in Rajahmundry Central Prison where he was remanded until October 19th in the Skill Development Case.

The case is currently in Supreme Court and the further hearing is postponed to October 13th.
