Guntur Kaaram starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role with Trivikram Srinivas at the helm is aiming for release during the jam-packed Sankranti season next year. It is a known fact that the shooting formalities of this film were stalled several times due to various reasons. The latest schedule which was supposed to commence earlier this week has also been postponed due to the unavailability of dates of several noted artists who are playing significant roles in this film. There is a slender chance for the resumption of the shoot this month.
As per the latest reports, close to 80 working days are required to complete the entire shooting of Guntur Kaaram. Including the mandatory shoot gaps, Trivikram will need a minimum of four months to wrap up the film. So, even if they resume shooting in the first week of July, Trivikram will need to wind up the shooting by November and also simultaneously oversee the post-production works. Meanwhile, he will also need to look after Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film ‘Bro’ for which he is actively involved in the script and production issues.
So, Trivikram will be under immense pressure to get Guntur Kaaram ready by Sankranti time. There are already some creative differences between him and Mahesh Babu. Hence, he can ill-afford missing the deadline because Guntur Kaaram is the first film to lock the Sankranti season and Mahesh won’t be pleased to miss out the ideal release date.
Trivikram will need to plan efficiently and effectively to complete Guntur Kaaram on time. He has his task cut out to satisfy Mahesh Babu without any compromise.
