Despite facing a lot of competition from other releases, Superstar Mahesh Babu’s commercial potboiler Guntur Kaaram continues to be the much-anticipated film during the Sankranti festival.
The heady combination of Mahesh and Trivikram Srinivas is one of the major reasons why there is a lot of hype for the film among trade circles and moviegoers. Furthermore, the mass genre and the high-voltage posters shot the buzz to the next level.
As the hype keeps on mounting, the production house of Guntur Kaaram is putting all efforts to ensure that it releases in maximum number of screens. Producer Naga Vamshi is very confident that the film will rake in sensational numbers in all territories of its release.
During his recent interaction with a web portal, Vamshi confidently asserted that Guntur Kaaram will collect close to the numbers of SS Rajamouli’s previous film in most of the areas. He added that the team is trying its best to reach the massive expectations.
He said that their previous film Ala Vaikunthapuramloo, which released for 2021 Sankranti, emerged as a non-Rajamouli industry hit. Now, Guntur Kaaram will also chase the records set by Rajamouli’s previous film, added Vamshi.
The producer took to Twitter and assured all Superstar fans that the production house would ensure the biggest-ever release in Mahesh Babu’s career and asked them to take care of the celebrations.
Guntur Kaaram will need to perform exceedingly well because films like Hanuman, Saindhav, Eagle and Naa Saami Ranga are also releasing during the festival season.
The film is slated for release on January 12th.
