Superstar Mahesh Babu has reiterated that his upcoming film Guntur Kaaram will arrive in theatres for Sankranti 2024. Amidst ongoing rumours that the film might be postponed to next Summer due to the delay in shooting formalities, Mahesh affirmed that it will entertain audiences during the festival season.
On the eve of the 20th anniversary of Big C mobiles, Mahesh took in a promotional event in Hyderabad and interacted with the Telugu media. Mahesh was at his witty best with sarcastic ripostes and quirky replies to the queries posed by the media personnel. During his interaction, Mahesh categorically stated that Guntur Kaaram will hit the screens for Sankranti 2024.
The producer of Guntur Kaaram also asserted that the film will release on January 12th. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the rustic entertainer faced so many challenges since its launch. Many changes in the cast and crew led to too many delays. However, Mahesh is confident about finishing off the pending portions within the stipulated time.
Guntur Kaaram has Sree Leela and Meenakshii Chaudhary as female leads. SS Thaman is rendering the soundtrack and Haarika and Hassine Creations is bankrolling the film.
