Gummi Chakravarty Appointed Chief Security Officer for CM Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Gummi Chakravarty has been appointed as the Chief Security Officer for Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. The State Director General of Police (DGP), Ravigupta, issued an immediate order, temporarily assigning Chakravarty, currently serving as the Superintendent of Police (SP) for the State Anti-Narcotics Bureau, to the crucial role. The decision to appoint Chakravarty as the CM’s security officer is effective immediately, according to the official order issued by the State DGP.

This move comes as part of CM Revanth’s strategic team-building efforts, as evident from the recent appointments within the administration. Senior IPS officer Shivdhar Reddy has been named the Telangana Intelligence Chief, and Seshadri has assumed the position of Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
