The first single of Victory Venkatesh’s upcoming rustic entertainer Sankranthi Ki Vastunnam has garnered much attention even before its launch because Tollywood’s evergreen music composer and singer Ramana Gogula lent vocals for the song.
The makers unveiled the song ‘Godari Gattu’ just a while ago and it turns out to be infectious melody because of Ramana Gogula’s vintage vocals and for its classy and unadorned lyrics which captures the essence of rural setting quite perfectly while demonstrating the playful romance between the lead pair.
Ramana Gogula finds a perfect complement in Madhu Priya who does a fabulous job with her impressive voice to match the teasing shenanigans of the female lead. Godari Gattu is a typical melody between a husband and a wife played by Venkatesh and Aishwarya Rajesh. The first-rate lyrics penned by Bhaskar Bhatla take the cake. While Venkatesh is head-over-heels pleading his lady love to understand his feelings, the counterpart equally acknowledges him but tries to tease him.
Bheems Cecirelo renders a foot-tapping tune to match the vibe of the song. The choreography is very catchy and eye-pleasing.
Overall, Godari Gattu is a complete departure from the modern day glamorous songs and fast-paced dance numbers but gives a vintage feel upon first hearing.
