‘Ganesh Anthem’ song – Balayya energy + Sree Leela grace

The first single of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming action drama Bhagavanth Kesari, ‘Ganesh Anthem’ is out this Friday evening and it is a typical festival song with appealing visuals and impressive choreography.

As the name suggests, Ganesh Anthem is a festive song that originates during Ganesh Utsav in a huge colony where hordes of people rejoice in the celebrations. Balakrishna’s energy is well complemented by Sree Leela with her graceful dance moves.


Shekhar master’s choreography is apt to the theme of the song, but there is nothing much to rave about the tunes composed by SS Thaman. The rendition appears ordinary and fails to excite music lovers much beyond a certain point.

Kasarla Shyam comes up with fitting lyrics adulating Lord Ganesh who is a people-friendly God. Singers Kareemullah and Maneesha infuse energy with their high-pitched vocals.

What stands out in this song is the amazing cinematography as every frame looks so colorful and lavish. The impressive costumes are a huge asset for the song. Director Anil Ravipudi mounted this song on a grand scale and it will surely appeal well on the big screen.

Bhagavanth Kesari is slated for release on October 19th.
