Sivakarthikeyan is set to headline the upcoming A.R. Murugadoss-directed film Madharaasi, which is scheduled to hit theaters on September 5. Ahead of its release, the makers have unveiled the first single from the film titled Selavika Kannamma. This energetic track, penned by Srinivasa Mouli and sung by Dhanunjay Seepana, has been released as a lyrical video under Junglee Music Telugu.
The film’s music is composed, arranged, and programmed by Anirudh Ravichander, known for delivering chart-topping hits. Produced under the Sri Lakshmi Movies banner, Madharaasi features a stellar cast including Sivakarthikeyan, Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, Biju Menon, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Vikranth. Cinematography is handled by Sudeep Elamon.
