New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has initiated searches at the residences of relatives of BRS leader and MLC Kavitha’s husband, who is presently in ED custody concerning the Delhi liquor scam case. This marks the first raid following Kavitha’s arrest. ED officials arrived at DSR Homes in Madhapur around 6:40 am and commenced searches at Kavitha’s residence on the third floor of A-Block.
These searches hold significance as they are the first to occur subsequent to Kavitha’s arrest. It is reported that these raids are being conducted based on information provided by Kavitha during her ED custody. As Kavitha’s ED custody is set to expire today, it is anticipated that she may seek an extension for another week.
