The Election Commission has issued notices to Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan following a complaint filed by YSRCP MLA Malladi Vishnu. The complaint alleges that Kalyan made derogatory remarks against Chief Minister YS Jagan during a public meeting in Anakapalli on May 7.
In response, Pawan Kalyan’s CEO Mukesh Kumar lodged a complaint alleging violation of the model code of conduct. The Election Commission has responded to this by issuing notices to Pawan Kalyan, requesting an explanation within 48 hours.
